I am a retired ex MD of Kiremko UK Ltd., then MD of David Hollier Ltd a Consultancy company offering Consultancy services to anyone seeking help in the Food Industry.  My experience has been extensive, with Kiremko, advising and selling complete installations for the production of, French fries, Potato chips (crisps) Fried potato snack products, Chilled, Pasteurised and Frozen potato products.....

With David Hollier Ltd. I have provided advice and assistance to a number of companies around the world, for the production of Frozen, Canned, Dehydrated, Fresh, Chilled and Pasteurised Food products.

The benefits of using my services are, UNBIASED & INDEPENDENT advice. An extensive knowledge of the Food Industry spanning more than 50 years. I am no politician, so my advice will be blunt, to the point and honest. I will work very hard to make your dreams come true, but if I think you are wasting your time, I will tell you.

Very often my fee is less than the savings made by having the correct equipment specified for the job.

From 2014 to date, I have been actively trying to assist traditional Kenyan farmers to rise out of the poverty trap that so many are in, by ensuring that there is a developing processing market for their produce.
